After I recieve your booking notification I will send you a invoice email through PAYPAL to pay your retainer to sercure your spot. 

My logo will be on the final portraits. It represents my son's memory, Conner James. Thank you.

All sales are final. Pricing is subject to change.

 **Photographer is not responsible for the mood and/or behavior of the child. I will do my best to get your child to smile and enjoy having their portraits taken.**

Forms of Payment:

For Mini Sessions, I only accept Credit card payment in advance to sercure your session spot.

 

Cancellation Policy​:
Conner James Photography cancellation policy is if you cancel sessions twice in a year, WITHOUT rescheduling, I can no longer accept you as a client. If I do accept you, ALL future sessions will have to be paid in full and in advance and will remain non-refundable.  

 

Photographer Cancellation Policy:

In the event that I am sick &/or cannot make the session, and I cannot reschedule the session, I will then give you a refund for your session. 

 

Client Images No Internet: 

I am a teaching newborn photographer. Portraits/Session will/may be used for teaching purposes. Images may be on the internet. If you would like a session but do not want the images on the internet there will be a additional no internet/no teaching fee of $75.00.

 

Online Gallery Download Time Frame

All Mini Sessions have a two week gallery download digital gallery time frame.  Session Gallery Re-upload Fee is $30.00.
